The reporter reflects this problem to cheng yuan nanli village property, a person in charge says, these rubbish are decorating the owner of the house to pile up, property received deposit to these owner, if owner violates relevant regulation in decorating process, property can deduct deposit correspondingly.But the owner didn’t tell the property exactly when they would be able to clean up the trash, the official said.“We certainly won’t let them pile it up for a long time, and we are monitoring it all the time.
